The laser engraving looks very true to the video. The empress looks sharp. I would say it's a professional job. Satisfied. Personally, I am using this as a impromptu card holder paired with a metal money clip. I think I might have scratched it with the metal clip. (But this isn't really an issue if you don't plan on having it be surfaced by metal/unusually harsh wear and tear). The packing I appreciated to be adequate for transport and my envelope was purple which I love. It is relatively thin. Like thinner than my id or credit cards. But the description/portrayal is accurate. The card has an appropriate level of flex/strength for it's dimensions. I'll probably order another card for the back of my 'wallet' as well and I would recommend this store. Laser engravings are a really cool artform. It's nice seeing someone do it.

The card would look much better if the font size used for the persons name was smaller, more appropriately sized and perhaps a more suitable font style for the athletics / appearance of the card. Otherwise, nice quality metal card.
